Waist beads made with 4mm glass and crystal seed beads, 6mm Czech glass beads, and 4-6mm or 3-8mm Peridot gemstones wrapped with brass wire.  Beads are on a sturdy elastic cord, you simply step in and pull them up, then they snap back to the original size.
