Our beeswax poppets come in both male and female and are crafted using both beeswax and paraffin wax. 

The poppet is found in one form or another in witchcraft, hoodoo, american folk magic, and are related to West African fetish dolls. No matter their purpose, poppets were not always made of cloth and have been also crafted out of wax, wood, and other materials. Historically used for healing, they were quite common in European witchcraft.
